Innovative Projects

Purpose of Grant

Encourages the development and sustainability of youth coalitions against commercial/corporate tobacco. Funding assists with costs associated with recruitment, awareness activities, and providing resources to coalitions pertinent to education in tobacco use and being tobacco-free.

Supports national initiatives taken on by youth coalitions, primarily Kick Butts Day and Through with Chew Week.

A flexible grant which provides communities the opportunity to request funds throughout the fiscal year due to events which occur outside of the Tobacco Days of Action.

Maximum Grant:(contingent on availability of funds)

$2,000 per grant period
